We want to ensure that your order arrives safely and reliably. Below you will find all the important information about delivery, shipping costs, and delivery times.

Delivery Area

We deliver orders exclusively within:

Switzerland
Liechtenstein

We are currently unable to ship to other countries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and required packaging of the order.

The shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated in the online store and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

We generally do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges apply regardless of the order total.

Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. The choice of packaging depends primarily on the quantity, weight, size, and type of products ordered.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein provided at the time of ordering.

The available shipping methods and the corresponding shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, the delivery time is determined by that provider's standard delivery times.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the delivery times listed are generally approximate and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Partial deliveries

In the rare event that an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the customer will not incur any additional shipping costs, provided that the partial delivery was arranged by Gedenklicht c/o ARSERIT GmbH.

Damage During Shipping

We pack our products carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt for any visible damage caused during transit. Please report any damage to us as soon as possible and, if possible, document it with photos.

Visible damage to the shipping packaging should, if possible, be documented with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Deliveries and Defective Goods

In the event of an incorrect shipment for which Gedenklicht c/o ARSERIT GmbH is responsible, or a valid complaint regarding defective merchandise, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Returns

For returns made under our voluntary return and exchange policy, the customer is responsible for the costs and shipping risk associated with the return.
